Congratulations to Clapton CFC Women/NB Reserves who have achieved promotion in their first season in the football pyramid.

A 3-0 win away from home at Tower Hamlets Reserves guaranteed at least a top two finish. Alexandra Park could yet pip us to the title, and both teams still have to play one another.

The Reserves have also qualified for the quarter-finals of the Sue Sharples Memorial Trophy, finishing runners-up in the group stages behind Civil Service.

Well done to all the players who have pulled on the shirt and to coaches Amii Griffith and Johanna Kuosa.
