Admission prices for Clapton CFC Women’s and Men’s First Team games for the 2024/2025 season

Unfortunately, Clapton CFC have been forced to increase the standard admission charge from £4 to £5 for the 2024/25 season.

FA rules state that each league in the pyramid must set a minimum admission charge for all games, though teams may be able to opt out for up to three games per year.

The Southern Counties East Football League, which our Men’s First Team have been transferred into, has set the minimum at £5, compared to £4 in the Eastern Counties League we competed in last season.

There is no minimum admission price at the level our Women’s First Team play in which means you can donate what you want. However, to maintain equity, we suggest a £5 donation for Women’s First Team games for those who can afford it too.

This means our admission prices for 2024/2025 season for league games are as follows:

Standard admission for Men’s First Team games: £5
Suggested donation for Women’s First Team games: £5
Concessions: Pay what you want
Under 13s: Free

Concessions include:

  • Clapton CFC members
  • Newham residents
  • Teenagers (13 to 19)
  • Over 60s
  • Students and apprentices
  • Trade union members
  • Unemployed people and those on low income
  • People with disabilities and health conditions
  • Refugees, asylum seekers and undocumented migrants

No ID is required to qualify for concessions, we will take your word for it. At the turnstile, just say that you are a concession (you don’t need to say which) and pay what what you want for entry.

No one should be priced out of going to a football game, particularly at non-league level. We believe the concessions policy keeps football affordable. If you can afford £5 standard admission, however, please do pay it.

We will continue to print programmes for all competitive women’s and men’s first team home games, which are free to take, but donations are welcome to help cover printing costs.

Squash, water, tea, coffee, hot chocolate and Bovril is also free in the Clubhouse, just come in and help yourself. There’s a donation tin if you can help cover costs.
