You will probably have seen the social media or the Flickr gallery or blog posts, and there really isn’t much we can add to let you know how awesome last Saturday day was, aside from the results for our Women/NB Devs and the Men’s First team.

The fixture at the Old Spotted Dog Ground was organised by independent fan groups as a statement fixture to celebrate the culture of our club, and to raise a bit of money to support fan initiatives, not least away day buses.

The fans who conjured up this plan had no idea how many would turn up. Suffice to say we were knocked out. Not just by the numbers (the 219 count was a very conservative by the way), but also how much you all *got it*, including loads of relatively new faces. This is what we call community.
