Today’s Clapton CFC Men’s First Team game vs Bridon Ropes has been postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.

A ref carried out an inspection at 11am and deemed it unplayable. Days of rain has left the pitch very muddy and with standing water in places.

It’s the first postponement due to weather at the Old Spotted Dog Ground for either of our first teams since a blanketing of snow in December 2022.
