Clapton CFC Women’s First Team will visit Hutton in this season’s Women’s FA Cup first qualifying round on Sunday, September 1.

It will be our first game against Hutton, who play in the Eastern Region Women’s Football League Division One South, which is the same level as us. They also finished fourth last season, as did CCFC. Hutton home games are played at Hannikins Farm Community Centre in Billericay.

The winners of the first qualifying round will receive £1800 and the losers £450 in prize money.

The winners will go on to play Enfield Town away in the second qualifying round on Sunday, September 22. We’ve played the Towners – who are a tier above us – a few times at their QEII Stadium, including this summer in the FSA Women’s Trophy.

The winners of the second qualifying round will receive £3000 and the losers £750.
