The men’s development team are playing two friendlies at the Old Spotted Dog Ground ahead of the new season.

The first game is against Fish Island on Sunday, July 30 followed by The Gun, who beat us to the title last season, on Sunday, August 6.

That’s followed by a friendly on Hackney Marshes on Sunday, August 13 against top division side FC Nyva.

All three games kick off at 10.30am. All are welcome to watch what should be two tough tests ahead of the new season in a higher division of the Hackney & Leyton League following promotion.

Last Saturday the dev team ran a strong Saturday side Sporting Hackney close at Wadham Lodge but lost 1-0 to a second half penalty.
